OMG! It's almost here! The trip I have been waiting to take my whole life! I head to Australia on 3/11, and I can't believe it! SO, to prepare...I'm doing a body cleanse (not a colon cleanse). So far so good, but I'm not sure how much cleansing it's really doing! The dude at GNC recommended that we do this cleanse before we try the Acai Berry diet, which is what Oprah says to do to drop some pounds. And ANYTHING that Oprah says has to be right; right? Anyway, my urine is NEON yellow...so I guess it's working. Right?
I also wanted to update you guys on a new way to hear my Internet radio show...so check this out, Urban Latino Radio is now on itunes! How huge is that? Very; I know...
Here's how to do it...
My show is on Monday - Thursdays from 6-8

Open up itunes
Go to itunes Radio
Click on "Latin"
Click on Urban Latino Radio
